High School As It Should Be
How We Learn
We structure education by focusing on process-based scaffolding, a pillar of Supportive Immersion theory. We meet students where they are in their developmental process and scaffold experiences with appropriate levels of challenge, novelty and support to inch them outside their comfort zones to ignite curiosity, introduce novel challenges, and facilitate a healthy level of stimulation & engagement. We keep raising the bar to ensure continued learning & growth.

How We Interact
We believe in highlighting the interdependent nature of life systems. Whether connecting with different parts of our own being, our relationships with others, or the more complex systems of families, communities, and the world, the systems-oriented nature of life is a focus of our interactions. Supportive Immersion develops empathic connection and collaborative empowerment as keys to walking together through life experiences.
